The house was originally designed as a&nbsp;<strong>festive retreat<\/strong>, but its layout presented several challenges:&nbsp;<strong>disconnected spaces, inefficient circulation, and a missed opportunity to embrace the sea views<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0ea995 elementor-widget between spaces felt fluid and uninterrupted. The house had\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2l c1-2m c1-b c1-8p c1-40 c1-4p c1-8q\">private rooms<\/strong>\u00a0that were somewhat isolated from the communal areas, so the design sought to\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2l c1-2m c1-b c1-8p c1-40 c1-4p c1-8q\">maintain privacy while reinforcing their connection to the shared spaces<\/strong>. This meant\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2l c1-2m c1-b c1-8p c1-40 c1-4p c1-8q\">strategic openings, reorganized viewpoints, and an emphasis on seamless indoor-outdoor transitions<\/strong>.
